Business / Strategic Plan
The GCRDA Strategic Plan was developed after community research, workshops, and action team planning. From 2012-2017, the GCRDA will work within the parameters of this Five-Year Strategic Plan.
From 2012- 2017, the GCRDA will lead its communities and partners towards six strategic goals
